Job Opening: Field Engineer (ISP Industry)

Are you a skilled Field Engineer with at least 2 years of experience and a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE)? Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our ISP infrastructure!

Position: Field Engineer

Location: Experience: Minimum 2 years in an ISP or telecom industry

Qualification: DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber optic, DSL, and network equipment
• Conduct field visits to resolve customer connectivity issues
• Ensure timely upgrades and maintenance of ISP infrastructure
• Work closely with the network operations team for seamless service delivery
• Perform diagnostics and reporting on network performance

Requirements:

✅ Strong understanding of networking hardware and internet protocols. ✅ Hands-on experience with fiber optics, routers, and switches. ✅ Ability to work in field conditions and handle technical challenge.s ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
